Thank you for the newsletter. I've been wanting to write to you for a while but keep putting it off or forgetting. Anyway, now is the time.
I've been your patient for many years, about 14 or 15, I think. During that time I've received the most proficient and courteous service from everyone there.
My bridgework has given me a dazzling (if I say so myself) smile has brought me many complements over the years. I have had zero problems and only one minor beginning of a cavity which was caught so that I didn't even need sedation of any kind when Dr. fixed it. As I'm often called on to make professional presentations and public appearances on behalf of my clients, this is very important to me and so I am particularly appreciative of your services on my behalf.
I've been more than happy to recommend anyone who's asked to refer to your offices and will continue to do so.
I've gone so far as to thank the lab person, Cindy, I think, for her outstanding artistry that has stood the test of time and my dental tech, Karla, each time I come in for her thorough exams and related services and cordial willingness to answer questions I have about my dental health.
