If working together we determine the need for further diagnosis and treatment, our staff will work with you to ensure your patient gets seen quickly and receives the highest level of care, and that you are kept informed and involved in the process.

•  Payment plan options are available at our office thru third party financing.
•  Our office will be happy to assist you with the application and all necessary information.
•  For your convenience our office accepts: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

As a courtesy to you, our office will submit your insurance claims on your behalf. Patients with dental insurance are responsible for all dental charges since the insurance agreement is between the patient and his/her insurance company.
