Root Canal Bay Lakes Center for Complex Dentistry WI 54303-2636
No one wants to get a root canal done, but sometimes it is important and has to be done. Many people are afraid of getting a root canal, but it is essential to keep your teeth healthy.

Root canals may hurt sometimes, but it is important for you to get it done if your dentist recommends it. Do not forget that we are here if you have any questions for us about root canals such as how they work and if they do hurt.

Keep it from getting infected

You want to make sure to maintain the tooth where the root canal got done. Keep it clean to keep infection away. You also want to keep your other teeth clean and healthy, so they do not get an infection.

Getting an infection can make you sick because the poison from it can run through your blood-stream, run through your body, and make you feel sick. If you get it infected, we will take care of that for you by giving you antibiotics to get rid of the infection.

Get the Root Canal Filled

After the tooth that got the root canal has been cleaned and dried thoroughly, it is now time to fill it. You may not even need anything for pain for this. We will let you know whether or not you will need anything to numb it. We will use a sealer paste and rubber compound to fill your root canal tooth.

After all of this is done, it is time to restore the tooth. We will take care of everything that needs to be done so you do not have to worry about anything.

As always, you can ask us anything you want to about root canals or cavities or fillings, or anything else and we will answer any question you have.

If you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment, please call us at (920) 278-7678 today.
